Shipping and supply

Delivery availability depends on the product type, geographic area, stock and coordination with our team. Heavy products, large quantities of heating materials, fireplaces and accessories may require advance coordination.

Final delivery terms – date, cost and site access – will be confirmed with the customer before delivery. It is important to provide an accurate address and correct access details.

Heating materials delivery

Delivery method: Delivery is made with a pallet jack up to the first step of the building.

• Israeli wood – eucalyptus mix (builder's bulk bag) — delivery 200 ₪
• European oak, 0.7 m³ pallet — delivery 400 ₪
• European beech, double 2 m³ pallet — delivery 400 ₪
• Briquettes (packs) — delivery 200 ₪ · minimum order 10 packs
• Briquettes, pallet of 48 / 96 packs — delivery 400 ₪
• Pellets on a pallet (30 / 65 bags) — delivery 400 ₪ · single bag by arrangement depending on area

Delivery costs are also shown on the product pages. Some areas may require additional coordination.

MOON and accessories shipping

• MOON or a MOON set — 200 ₪ shipping per order, also when ordering MOON together with accessories.
• MOON accessories — no additional shipping charge.

Products by type

• Heating materials – Price and delivery according to the product; delivered with a pallet jack up to the first step.
• Fireplaces and accessories – Sometimes require special coordination or an import order.
• Service and installation – Not standard shipping; coordinated separately.
• Price quotes – Do not constitute an order until explicitly confirmed.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellations and returns are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, the product type and the order status. Custom-ordered, imported, installed or opened/used products may be subject to special terms.

Before returning a product, please contact the business and obtain approval. A refund, if approved, will be issued after inspecting the product and subject to the business policy and the law.
