MOON has a double wall with a split air supply. The fuel burns inside, while preheated air rises between the walls and burns the fine wood particles a second time, just below the opening.

Stainless steel that tells a story

From fire pit to grill station
With the MOON 45 Plancha, MOON becomes a cooking station: an enamelled cast-iron ring, Ø 53 cm, with a 20 cm opening in the centre, a non-stick surface and a raised edge. Steaks, vegetables, eggs, fish – right over the fire.

A round enamelled cast-iron cooking surface, Ø 53 cm with a 20 cm centre opening. Works over wood or pellets, holds heat well, and its edge keeps food on and fat in.
Matte stainless steel lid that closes MOON after use, keeping ash and sparks in and water out. Important: put it on only once the fire is completely out.
